An educated woman excuses the domestic violence she experiences until she is faced with the undeniable truth of how tragic the consequences of abuse can be.
Domestic violence is real. This film is very helpful to those who are experiencing Domestic violence to seek help. Victims can lose their life if they don’t get out of their toxic relationship. What a great film dealing with real life experiences.

Domestic violence is not ok. Some victims feel trapped and depressed because of inadequate resources and support systems. This movie did a great job of delivering the message YOU CAN DO IT! Leave before it is too late.
Congratulations Dee Dee! As a survivor of domestic violence this movie was very empowering and speaks to reality of every emotion, fear and struggle of domestic violence. Excellent movie and I loved it! ~Tina Marie
Great movie Deedee its real life im so proud for you this movie is so well written and needed I pray you make it to the top with this movie and may many more follow
So many people have been victims. There is no prototype. It could be anyone. I hope this film gets that point across, as well as the point that it is important not to minimize domestic violence. Thank you for watching.
I really liked “He Only Hit Me Four Times”. It was very enlightening and realistic. So many women and men are in this situation thinking they have no real way of escape. It only takes one bad hit or moment to end a life. Thank you for showing the masses that there is hope and help. Fantabulous! Teresa.
This movie short was outstanding! It is soul stirring and thought provoking. Excellent acting and very well produced. It brings light to how domestic violence happens in these cases. You have so many good days until you don’t. More awareness and conversation needs to happen surrounding this issue so young men and young women can understand that violence is never the answer. I think the information should be shared for not only the Domestic Violence Hotline but an Anger Management Hotline for the abuser to stop the vicious cycle and get help.
Thank you. I’m so glad the film is sending the messages that I intended it to. Breaking the silence is the first step to breaking the chain of domestic violence. Thank you for your support.
Wonderful short film! Truly captured the emotional roller coaster ride that women experience when in an abusive relationship! Also shed light on the insecurity and control that some men exhibit!
